ALL SALE ITEMS AND ANY ITEM MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Exchanges can be made on items that are not marked as final sale and only for a different size of the same shoe. Returns must be made within 10 days of the delivery date and the item must be unworn and in its original condition, shoe box, and packaging. No exceptions. If any signs of wear are present (scratched soles, marks, stains, etc.) we reserve the right to refuse the return, and the item will be shipped back at the buyer's expense.
Once your return has been inspected and approved, an email confirmation and shipping invoice will be sent to you. The requested size will then be shipped and a tracking number provided. If the requested size isn't available at the time of the exchange, a store credit for the price of the item will be issued and valid for 1 year. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Approval for an exchange must be emailed to SALES@SHANICEIMARI.COM with your name, address, order number and desired size.
It is highly recommended to use a tracking service such as USPS when returning your item for proof of return. If your item is lost during transit and a tracking service wasn't purchased, we cannot issue exchanges/credits or be held liable for any losses.

Processing your order can take up to 4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
